well, i did get my car fixed, it was the front brakes and it set me back almost three bills. i made an appointement to get the rest of it fixed (timing chain, new radiator, oil change, rotate tires, new wipers) during spring break. getting all this done will cost be about a grand, but it should get me another thirty or forty thousand miles out of this car, not too bad.

one more week until spring break, i can hardly stand it. one week off and i am going to the coast for a few days, relax at the beach, have some good food, take in the sights. i like to get a way for spring break when i can afford it, and this year i have some cash saved up so i decided to go ahead and do it. the hotel is really nice and sits up on a cliff and overlooks the ocean. 7 days and counting.

i have a honda civic with 85k on it, and it is ten years old. apparently i need to get the timing chain replaced, as probably the clutch as well, along with fixing the ac. a new car is 15k, and these repairs are probably about 1500 bucks. they say the honda will last for 200k if you take care of it, probably going to get the repairs and see what happens, even if it  only lasts another year i will be money aheadd. anyone have one of these cars?  how long?

i have problem with my neighbors dog, he is a constant barker and that has been a problem for the past several years, the neighbor is unresponsive. now this dog is starting to break though my backyard fence and harrass my dogs, i had to repair the fence, but he broke in again.  not sure what to do, as talking to him does not really seem to help, i guess i just need to make the fence stronger!

dang if my front brakes started to die on me, the right side started to squeel when i hit the brakes, and i was fortunate enought to make it to today and get it to the shop. been fortunate with this car, though, a honda accord as it has not given any major problems for almost ninety thousand miles. i have some other work that needs to be done also, and i hope to get it done at the same time.

i have been watching my son ply his xbox, he really likes this game called modern warfare 2. all i know is that he plays with all his friends, and they all have headsets on and they are playing together, each at his own home, via the internet. looks like a fun game but it is really violent, a shoot em up game where peopel get killed.  not sure i like the idea of his shooting people to death in a video game, but they sure do have fun with it! 

cant believe i got the stomach flu this weekend, you know the kind where you throw up three or four times. it was the worst, and i havent had a painful sickness like this in a while. got to miss two days of work, which was some kind of consoloation. better now, and thankful that it has passed.
