i have problem with my neighbors dog, he is a constant barker and that has been a problem for the past several years, the neighbor is unresponsive. now this dog is starting to break though my backyard fence and harrass my dogs, i had to repair the fence, but he broke in again.  not sure what to do, as talking to him does not really seem to help, i guess i just need to make the fence stronger!

dang if my front brakes started to die on me, the right side started to squeel when i hit the brakes, and i was fortunate enought to make it to today and get it to the shop. been fortunate with this car, though, a honda accord as it has not given any major problems for almost ninety thousand miles. i have some other work that needs to be done also, and i hope to get it done at the same time.

i have been watching my son ply his xbox, he really likes this game called modern warfare 2. all i know is that he plays with all his friends, and they all have headsets on and they are playing together, each at his own home, via the internet. looks like a fun game but it is really violent, a shoot em up game where peopel get killed.  not sure i like the idea of his shooting people to death in a video game, but they sure do have fun with it! 

cant believe i got the stomach flu this weekend, you know the kind where you throw up three or four times. it was the worst, and i havent had a painful sickness like this in a while. got to miss two days of work, which was some kind of consoloation. better now, and thankful that it has passed.

not really much of a hockey fan, but i have been caught up in it for the olympics.  i guess on paper canada should whip the usa, but they said the same thing for the first game as well. great way to finish off the olympics, and it should be a classic. looking forward to watching the closing ceremonies as well.

i am going to my friends funeral today, as it turns out he died from a medical error, and that is what the autopsy found out. this is bitter sweet as the family is filing suit against the doctor, but no amount of money can bring him back to them, even though i am sure the money they will receive will make sure they are financially secure for the rest of their life. they were relieved just to find out how he died, as at the time of death it was not known.

can not believe the usa hockey team, very excicting for sure. i was bummed to miss the canada game, i thought the game was on three hours later than it really was, and ended up missing it.  i am pretty sure they beat the swiss and have a shot at a medal, and it reminds me of the 80 team. anyway, looking forward to watching a few games and seeing if they can get the gold.

i just learned about the new windows phone today, they are calling it the windows phone 7 series, kind of an odd name and i keep wanting to call it the windows 7 phone.  anyway, they claim this phone is THE smart phone of the future, and is going to completely slay the iPhone.  now that wold be someting, i dont really know much about it, but if it does anything near what they say it can do it will be amazing.  thats all for today!

i am sad because a close family we know had the dad die suddenly, leaving a wife and two daughters behind.  he didnt feel well thursday, went to the icu on friday, and died on sunday morning, with the doctors not knowing what happened.  they think he has internal bleeding and they couldnt stop it, anyway a really sad situation for the girls who are late teens, hard to understand situations like these.

Been getting into american idol this season, as this is the last year we will see simon cowell, and he seems a little more gentle this time than in past years. Maybe he knows it is his last so he wants to leave on a good impression. I like ellen degenerest, she ads some humor to the show, and she has some good insights on the singing. Seems like this year is better than ever, i just can’t believe there are ordinary people out there that are this talented just waiting for their chance to be discovered.
