I also feel bad for those who grew up with this myopic view of Wolverine from the 90s that he’s just a killer. (I blame the Capcom video games.) They don’t know the Logan who was also a contemplative samurai and who always fought the killer in himself rather than indulge it at every turn.
And that’s what I think the bone claws took away. They made him a killer first. He was built for it from birth, rather than turned into it by evil men.
